Welcome to StoneStudio. By using our website and purchasing our custom-made jewelry, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Custom Orders & Accuracy

As StoneStudio specializes in personalized, hand-crafted jewelry, you are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided during the design process, including your wrist measurements and bead selection. Once an order is placed and production begins, custom specifications cannot be modified.

2. Natural Stone Characteristics

Our jewelry is made from genuine natural gemstones. Please note that natural stones may exhibit slight variations in color, pattern, and texture. These are not defects but a testament to the stone’s authenticity and your piece’s uniqueness.

3. Production & Shipping

Each piece is custom-strung by our artisans. Please allow 3-5 business days for production before your order is shipped. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and local customs processing.

4. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom-made nature of our jewelry, we do not accept returns or exchanges for “change of mind” or sizing errors caused by incorrect measurements provided by the customer. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All design previews, images, and content displayed on this website are the property of StoneStudio. You may share images of your personal designs for non-commercial purposes, but unauthorized commercial use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

StoneStudio is not responsible for any reactions, injuries, or damages resulting from the improper wear or care of our products. By purchasing, you agree that your use of our products is at your own risk.
