We recommend using a measuring tape to wrap comfortably around the narrowest part of your wrist. If you don't have one, wrap a piece of string around your wrist, mark it, and measure the string against a flat ruler.

Can I return a custom-made design?
Because every piece is uniquely designed by you and handcrafted by our artisans, we do not accept returns or exchanges for personalized items unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
How long does it take to craft and ship?
Since each piece is made to order, please allow 3-5 business days for our artisans to craft your design. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
