Shipping
- Hand-crafting Time: Since every StoneStudio piece is meticulously hand-strung by our artisans, please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be crafted and prepared for shipment.
- Shipping Methods: We offer standard and expedited shipping options. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our studio.
- Delivery Times: Delivery estimates depend on your location. International shipping may take 7-14 business days depending on customs processing in your country.
Returns & Exchanges
At StoneStudio, we take great pride in our hand-crafted jewelry. Because each piece is custom-made to your specific design and wrist measurements, we have the following policy:
- Customized Items: Due to the personalized nature of custom jewelry, we do not accept returns or exchanges for “change of mind” or sizing errors caused by incorrect wrist measurements provided by the customer.
- Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a piece that is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part, we will happily provide a replacement or a full refund. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic proof of the issue.
- Return Process: To initiate a claim for a defective item, please email support@stonestudiodiy.com with your order number and clear photos of the defect. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if necessary.
Refunds
If a refund is approved for a damaged or defective item, it will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Late or missing refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, please contact your bank or credit card company, as there is often some processing time before a refund is officially posted.
Shipping Costs for Returns
For damaged or defective items, StoneStudio will cover the return shipping costs.
For any other cases, shipping costs are non-refundable.
